Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or an exchange.

We do not accept returns on customized hats, sale items, or gift cards.


We will only accept our products back in perfect condition, with no signs of use, in their original box with everything we included when bought inside the packaging.


1. Contact us to initiate your return.
2. Once approved, please pack your items safely in their original box to avoid damage during transit.
3. Ship your returned items using your favorite shipping method. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service as we carry no responsibility for any damage, delay, or failed delivery. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Upon receiving our product, we will thoroughly examine that the return complies with our criteria for acceptance, and we will issue a refund within 3-6 days. We will only process your refund through the same method used at purchase.

Size Exchanges

Please make sure you read and follow all instructions for finding your head size. Guessing your hat size is never a good alternative. Adding a paper belt, piece of string or tape measure marked with your head measurement will help us make the perfect replacement hat a proper hat for you.

Defective Items

To err is human.  If your hat is different from what you requested, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving it, and we will correct our error at no charge. Sizes, brims, and crowns should be within the requested measurement's one-eighth inch, plus or minus.

Please keep in mind that each hat we produce is custom-made by hand.
We will make every effort to create your hat precisely as you imagined it and to standards and proportions appreciated by clients over the years.
